The HR Processes & Information (P&I) team is looking to welcome an apprentice or graduation intern in the team to support the yearly Succession and Potential Process. This process supports the ASML “People” strategy and is all about the how ASML as a company can develop the potential of the employees. You, as a P&I intern, will help to facilitate this process within the system.
Overall, we are the owners of the main HR systems that support processes. Besides the Succession and Potential management, we support People Performance Management, Compensation Management and Learning Management. - Administrative support
- Manage questions from (HR) managers
- Provide ad hoc reporting

Next to this, there is a possibility to combine these work activities with a graduation assignment related to HR and/or Talent management.
You are a Bachelor or Master student with a background in Human Resources or Analytics. You are capable of working individually and have affinity with (HR) systems. You are reliable and accurate, and have strong administrative skills. Knowledge of Excel is a pre, but we are also excellent teachers. Since the P&I team operates worldwide, you need good communication skills in English.
This is an apprentice or graduation assignment for a minimum of 4-5 months for 4 or 5 days per week. Start date in February or March 2020.
Please keep in mind that we can only consider students (who are enrolled at a school during the whole internship period) for our internships and graduation assignments.

ASML: Be part of progress
We make machines that make chips – the hearts of the devices that keep us informed, entertained and safe; that improve our quality of life and help to tackle the world’s toughest problems.
We build some of the most amazing machines that you will ever see, and the software to run them. Never satisfied, we measure our performance in units that begin with pico or nano.
We believe we can always do better. We believe the winning idea can come from anyone. We love what we do – not because it’s easy, but because it’s hard.
Students: Getting ready for real-world
Teamwork is key within ASML. Together we form one big team with over 20,000 employees worldwide. These colleagues have 115 different nationalities and work on three continents – Europe, US and Asia.
In this inspiring environment, your colleagues may be sitting next door, or they could be thousands of kilometers away in a different country, or even working for a different company.
An internship at ASML is your opportunity to get to know this world and get a feel for that excites you most.
How will you be part of progress?
