Job Description

To realize 'World Class' support to Manufacturing in order to ensure highest product quality, short lead-times and 'short time-to-market' by continuous improvement of ASML's new and existing products and processes.The Production Control/Project Coordinator will support optical fabrication and coating as a key contributor and driver of on time delivery.The coordinator will have three primary responsibilities:
1) Manage 70 – 100 different optical SKU’s in a cellular work center for production with the goal of on time output.
2) Run daily dispatch, status, on-time starts and deviation reports. Track utilization of key equipment. Advise engineering and cell management team on products that need attention, process improvement or escalation to be output on time and with perfect quality.80% time on the floor, 20% in office.Ownership of output dates and project/production coordination to ensure need dates are met.
3) Represent the production team in daily and senior leadership meetings. Report on output dates, barriers and plans the team has to improve performance.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Business/Logistics, or equivalent experience.

Experience

-3-7 years experience in manufacturing/data analytics.
-Intermediate to advanced computer skill and data analysis skills.
-Expertise with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
-Expert ability to generate pivot tables and VBA macros.
-Excellent project management skills.
-Ability to work hands-on in factory to understand drivers for cycle time and labor hours.
-Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
-SAP.
-Knowledge of manufacturing resources planning theories, principles and industry practices.
-SAP Business Warehouse and Business Objects a plus.
