Introduction

As ASML is growing rapidly, the HR Function is investing significantly in developing and implementing HR initiatives to improve the quality and delivery of our HR service towards the business and our employees.

Job Mission

One of the key initiatives for the coming years is the review of our HRIS landscape, with the implementation of a new global HR System to support our key people processes. This is triggering in parallel a review of the local HR systems landscape in Asia.
We are seeking a strong Project Management Office (PMO) expert to support varies projects on HRIS domain across Asia on a 1-2 year contract.

Job Description

Responsibilities include but not limit to:

Planning and collaboration: Oversee the impacts and interdependencies between global and local projects and working with multiple teams to ensure projects in scope meet the goals. Collaborate with multiple project teams to plan and coordinate resource needed. Interacts with stakeholders to ensure proper resource allocation and to get support on specific content issues.

Stakeholder engagement: Engages the right people to resolve and escalate issues effectively. Is able to facilitate constructive problem solving session or alignment meeting between project team and/or local HR to resolve issues. Sensitive enough to observe if project team member / local HR is overloaded or too optimistic on deadline

Track and support projects: Actively track deadlines, issues, deliverables, resources, and timelines throughout all the project phases. Able to foresee if deliverables and/or deadline cannot be met and proactively asks for support.

Education

Master / Bachelor

Experience

Strong track record in PMO or PM role in managing multiple projects
Solid knowledge on HR process, HR system, and HR day-to-day operation
Strong knowledge and experience using project management methodology
Ability to foresee risk / missing deadline and collaborate with others to take mitigate action
Intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Excel (functions, formulas including v-lookup, other advanced Excel skills)
At least 5 years of related professional work experience in PMO.

Personal skills

more than 8-year working experience in HRIS system integration

Context of the position

This position will work in a multi-cultural environment and constantly collaborate with head-quarter team(s) in the Netherlands as well as country teams across Asia.

Training: Foresee training and communication needs of all the projects in scope and proactively engage parties / resources involved to ensure trainings are effectively delivered with quality.
Reporting: gathering data on all projects in scope and is able to provide project manager and/or project sponsor with clear and timely updates and reports on status, planning, resources and risks
