Job Mission

ASML/HMI is seeking to hire a candidate who can support to extend our products beyond the current performance. You will have expertise in the area of inspection, metrology, and the various semiconductor process steps. We expect that you are fully aware of how the interactions between lithography, deposition/etch, CMP and anneal process steps lead to a final pattern, and a yielding device to address the future challenges in defect inspection and control.

Job Description

The eBeam Application Program extends e-beam technology through the combined use of wafer metrology and inspection data and computational models of the semiconductor manufacturing process. The technology is used to find pattern defects on semiconductor devices.
We are looking for an accountable Team Lead to be responsible for engineering and technical disciplines for specific SW applications.

Responsibilities include:

·Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects

·Perform overall quality control of the work (schedule, plans, personnel’sperformance) and report regularly on project status

·Cooperate and communicate effectively with program management and otherprogram participants to provide assistance and technical support

·Define deliverables for engineers

·To develop and support customer applications

·Own the functional specifications of new products, their functional andintegration testing, and the development of best practices for standard orcustomized applications.

·Participate directly in product development, thinking strategically aboutapplications, gaps and technical-business tradeoffs.

·understand existing product features and data flow, dive into the underlyingdata, apply relevant engineering or statistical methods, and document andcommunicate results to the functional development team

Education

M.Sc. and above in Electrical Engineering, Physics, and/ or Chemical Engineering, IC manufacturing, semiconductor process technology, and related fields or equivalent experience.

Experience and desired skills

·Solid knowledge of semiconductor process technology with a minimum of 5 years ofexperience in engineering in semiconductor environment.

·Hands on experience on metrology and inspection tools, with preference to eBeamtechnology.

·Experience with data analysis using state-of-the-art metrology and inspection toolsused for process integration and yield optimization.

·Proven 2+ year working experience as a project leader or technical team lead

·Strong interpersonal skills, able to quickly build credibility with customers andinternally, goal-oriented, drives to results

·Has the ability to drive technical debates towards data driven resolution.

Context of the position

This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings.
