Job Description

Then you are a great candidate to become our new business/operations analyst.

We are looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented Business/Operations Analyst. The Analyst will ensure that available data is being used to guide decision-making, process improvements, and KPI tracking. This person will liaison between our corporate office, US senior leadership team and the site managers across the US to create dashboards, self-service tools, and reports to analyze and present data associated with customer experience, product performance, business operations, and strategic decision making.

We assimilate into a regular weekly review of the US engineering business, while looking at longer term opportunities and driving post-mortem/learnings from events, sites and support. We own engineering business performance analysis - identifying variances, defining causes, specifying potential actions and their impact. We deliver key components of weekly engineering discussions with company leadership. We drive and measure execution impact across teams to deliver against opportunities.

-Own CS Sector’s mission control boards (MCB).
-Work with sectors to interface with all levels of the organization to obtain missing information and gain clarification from MCB.
-Present KPIs by painting a digestible picture of objectives and goals.
-Be part of a dynamic team that is central to all decisions which are made within the organization.
-Work on challenging and rewarding projects in a highly collaborative environment.
-Present data driven business recommendations to other team members as well as executive-level management.
-This is a "hands-on" position that completes projects that track operational efficiencies in performance.
-Collaborate with multiple departments to identify challenges and opportunities within the organization and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the business' goals.


Position requires a BS degree in Business Management/Operations, related field, or equivalent experience.


-5+ years of experience working in a business analyst/intelligence capacity, managing organizational KPIs, or related business experience.
-Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
-Experience managing projects within a semiconductor organization preferred.
-Experience in forecasting and reporting on KPIs.
-Demonstrated ability to analyze data and present to various levels of an organization.
-Must be able to read and interpret data, information, and documents.
