Job Mission

This position supports the Facilities Group operations involving projects, maintenance, environmental, health and safety, administrative, financial tracking, documentation and other related functions.

Job Description

Responsibilities:
-Assist in preparing, updating and tracking financial status of capital and operational expenditures.
-Keep track of purchase orders, commitments, invoices.
-Track utilities, chemical inventory and waste. Prepare forecasts and trending reports.
-Generate purchase orders via SAP system.
-Set up vendors for on-site access.
-Be the central contact for building maintenance requests (Facilities help desk).
-Assist in preparing presentation materials and updating periodic reports.
-Assist in running of projects as needed. Review Change Orders.
-Work with internal stakeholders on issues as needed.
-Facility Documentation management control/Closeout documents.
-Solicit bids from consultants and contractors, for site work, utility connections, construction, landscaping/irrigation, paving, etc.
-Other duties as may be assigned.

Education

Associates Degree or equivalent experience.

Experience

-Proficient with Microsoft Office suite products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.).
-5+ Years experience in construction, facilities, engineering or technical field.
-Experience working with SAP systems.
-Experience in a manufacturing environment desired.

-Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all level of associates, vendors, contractors, consultants and clients
