Job Description

ARE YOU ENTHUSIASTIC AND A PROBLEM SOLVER? Driven to develop yourself, our Supply Chain Management department and our projects?

ASML is looking for a Project Lead to join our Supply Chain Management (SCM) team.The Project Lead will represent Supply Chain in a cross functional project team to manage the introduction, engineering changes and eventual phase out of products.

-Provide a key interface with Manufacturing, Planning, Suppliers, and Procurement to align deliverables with overall project goals throughout the project lifecycle.
-Manage complex SCM projects from planning through execution while balancing timing, costs, quality, and risks.
-Secure the critical path of complex parts and assemblies in accordance with project goals.
-Coordinate activities with a team of SCM Project Coordinators, providing guidance on overall project schedule and deliverables.
-Report to business leaders on a wide range of supply chain issues.
-Drive continuous improvement with supply chain analytics, reporting and metrics to enable data driven decisions.


-Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
-Master’s degree preferred.


-A minimum of 5 years demonstrated operation-based experience within supply chain or project management is required.
-At least 2 years of experience in new product introduction in a manufacturing environment preferred.
