Job Description

1.Stand as total customer focus on clarifying the customer’s issue/complain.
2.Deliver the effective diagnosis to get solution for ASML equipment issue.
3.Satisfy customer with clear action plans and rationales.
4.Deliver onsite support when issue can’t be solved in agreed timeframe.
5.Create customer value with continuous improvement spirit
