Job Mission

The P3 Management Officer is responsible for supporting cross sector project-, program and sub portfolio management by executing project management processes and methodologies and provides timely and accurate project information to secure effective decision making.

Job Description

-Pro-actively supports the P3 Managers:
-Tracking and reporting: Provides advice and guidance on the following P3 processes:
-Financials & resources
-Risks and issues
-Benefits management
-Scope & scheduling
-Governance
-Facilitation: Prepares workshops with the P3 manager and facilitates during the workshop. Registers the outcome on the following topics:
-Scope & scheduling
-Risks and issues
-Lessons learnt
-Benefits management
-Project/program team offsites
-Onboarding: Helps onboarding (new) P3 members in way of working and tooling.
-Interaction with stakeholders:
-Interact and communicate with different stakeholders such as:
-Project managers
-Program managers
-OSE & sector business partners
-Cross sector P3MO competencies
-Senior Responsible Owner
-Innovation and optimization: Participates in, contributes to and implements business improvement initiatives for the efficiency and effectiveness within OSE and cross-sector.

Education

Bachelor or master degree, preferably in the area of Business Engineering or Technical Business Administration.

Experience

-Minimum of five years working experience as a hands-on Program Management Officer for large complex programs and detailed projects or three years of experience as a Project manager in large, international, dynamic and innovative high-tech organizations.
-Knowledge of the various standard P3 methods like MSP, MoP, PMM (based on PMBOK) and Agile (Preferable as Scrum Master)
-In depth knowledge of MS office tools.
-Experience in guiding/coaching P3-colleagues.

Context of the position

The P3 Management Office (P3MO) proactively drives world class project and program management into ASML’s culture to enable successful outcomes in the Non-Product Generation Process area. The mission is to enable cross-sector project, program and sub portfolio level execution of project management processes and methodologies, driving timely and accurate project information to secure effective decision making.
