Introduction

 Defineproblem statements for customer. Generate action plan and implement solutionsfor customers.
 Providesupport to customers in resolving issues/problems to help them optimize the productperformance and use of ASML products. Document procedures and processes toaid customers in the use of ASML products.
 Guidecustomers in new product evaluations to ensure that they are performed in anefficient manner. Conduct data analysis to ensure that the correctconclusions are drawn from test data and results reported to the customersand ASML.
Organize short and long term tests to obtain new information on new, advancedtechniques/technology of interest to ASML and the customers.
 Meetwith customers and internal organization to maintain effective communicationwith commitment to keep all involved and affected parties informed ofprogress.
 Preparepresentations to provide new customer support and assist sales in technical orbusiness presentations.
 Writereports, technical briefs or memos documenting activity to enhance theservice capability, efficiency, and service development.

 Minimum a BS University degree in electronics, engineering, physics, optics, or any related fields.
 Minimum 3 years working experience in semiconductor fab or 5 years related working experience for semiconductor equipment vendor; minimum 2 years working experience in lithographic process.
 Metrology tool and fab automation experience is a plus .
 Able to communicate with customer and able to read, write, fluently communicate in English
 Can work under pressure ( for instance, Averagely, 10% overtime work and 30% travel per year)
