Job Mission

The sector Wilton Factory (WF) is responsible for the production of module systems that support the final assembly Veldhoven factories as well as for the customer support sites. Wilton Factory supports modules within the DUV, EUV, and APPS business line product portfolio.

Job Description

As a Reporting Analyst, every day is different. One day is devoted to business performance management activities in which you gather information from several data sources such as SAP but also from team managers. You use this information to calculate KPI’s and support Configuration management and Master Data management teams in their weekly operations and you see how the organizations are managed. The next day could be focused on resource management projects, involving creating/improving models so we can plan our FTE capacity to meet the needs of our Engineering Change process and associated support groups.

The function will have a strong interaction with the Veldhoven Supply Chain Management (SCM) Master Data and Configuration Management teams, which are the Core teams whose charter is to manage the Engineering Release process as well as the creation and maintenance of master data in our SAP systems. Includes performance and process management. Expectation is that this role will interact with this team on a regular basis to ensure consistency between initiatives and creating standardized quality reports for these teams.

This job will give you the opportunity to learn how ASML Engineering Change process works, and how Master Data is managed in the SAP systems at ASML.You will work directly for the Configuration and Master Data Management Senior Manager and his team and ensure that they will get the right data to manage their processes.

Key Areas of responsibility:

  • Performance Management:
    • Design of performance metrics, such as KPI’s, and performance monitoring tools.
    • Support management in weekly and monthly performance reports.
    • Translate data (from multiple sources and datasets) into information by analysis and give constructive recommendations for improvement based on performance.
  • Resource Management:
    • Support Change Management (CM)and Master Data management in mid- and long-term capacity planning on workforce and tooling.
    • Utilize, alter, and/or create staffing models to evaluate manpower requirements across multiple areas under Wilton Configuration Management and Master Data groups.
    • Create and link improvements towards performance management to drive improvement projects across teams with intent to improve efficiencies within the organization.
  • Improvement Projects:
    • Identify and communicate areas of improvement for existing or new processes based on your analysis of data, evaluation of processes and the need for improvements across the organization.

    • Support or lead implementation of process driven lean improvements.

Work consists of:

  • Preparing and delivering daily, weekly, and monthly management reports and presentations.
  • Maintain KPI Dashboards and collect KPI input.
  • Analyze data and draw conclusions, advise the Senior Manager.
  • Continuously improve the quality of reports.
  • (Learn how to) make information reportable and presentable.
  • (Learn about) Business Intelligence Solution.
  • Align reporting with overall CM and ASML reporting standards.

Education

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering and/or Business Administration within an operationally oriented organization.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Analysis for Office, etc).
  • Proficient with SAP and experience with BI systems (i.e. Business Objects).
  • Preferred knowledge and proficiency of Spotfire analysis/reporting tools utilized across ASML.
  • Adequate presentation skills are essential.
  • Ability to convert complex (often data driven) matter to clear overviews and insights.
