Introduction

TheCustomer Support Organization is responsible for the installation,qualification, upgrade, repair and maintenance of the ASML systems atcustomer sites and is responsible for the necessary transfer of know-how tothe customer. Local site Customer Support branches perform qualification,repair, upgrades, and maintenance for the customers within the specificregion.

JobMission

Theholder of this position reports to EUV Installs Operations Management andgives operational leadership to engineers in a number of competencies that executeand support daily operations both in the office and customer fab. The GroupLeader will provide personal management and coaching of their employees toensure a mindset of safety first and continuous improvement is in place.


JobDescription

Asthe EUV Installs Group Leader you will be based out of Hillsboro, Oregon, butmust be flexible for a potential temporary 1-2 year assignment in Ireland or otherASML location where you will return to Hillsboro upon completion. You wouldwork with the Installs department to develop and allocate resources for thesuccessful execution of installation projects and ensure the proper knowledgesharing is in place for continuous improvement.

As a GroupLeader you are responsible for ensuring the team members have the rightskills and proper development plans.

Education

BSdegree or equivalent experience.

Experience Leaderswith 3 years of relevant management experience preferred with an affinity fortechnology and able to learn highly technical items quickly

or

Engineerswith 5 years of experience in a similar working environment and 1 year of leadership
