Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for delivering professional recruitment services and support, providing actionable advice and guidance to business in Taiwan.A good team play and be able sharing information anticipating campaign/project updates and ensuring a seamless, value adding service to the business. The team works with country business key stakeholders to ensure consistency and best practice is achieved.
As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will
•Understand TW labor market and adequate with semiconductor technical, so that be able to provide strategic insights and clear direction based on strong business acumen
•Take responsibility working with country talent acquisition team ensuring business line hires the right & quality caliber people to meet its growth plan across this region.
•Work directly with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs. A large part of the role will involve partnering with the business to provide appropriate advice and resourcing solutions to support their business strategy in the short to long term needs.
•Need to align and leverage resources to deliver good quality of hiring and also fulfill needs from business line.
•Directly source applicants and will ensure the smooth running of the end-to-end recruitment process for the roles under their remit.
•Anticipate global project when needed.
Context of the position
•Solid experience in international setting, multi-culture working experiences with 5 years in recruitment
•Strong experience in hands on experience in operation and management experience in operation
•Ability to manage difficult situation and proactive to provide insights, direction to facilitate process
•Ability to identify issues, provide constructive feedback & solutions
•Being able to work in a challenging and dynamic work environment
•Strong influencing power, interpersonal & communication skills to be connected with the people & deliver message in a clear & logical way
•Proficiency in English, Chinese is basic requirement
•Willing to travel (30%) with high mobility to support TW
No limitation for location of working but should be on a localization base
