•Is able to work according standard work procedure and standard work package.
•Is able to solve technical issues according to specifications and quality standards to secure no delivery delay (output vs. plan) within competence.
•Is responsible for quickly resolution of technical disturbance in the factory or escalate to Production Engineers.
•Is responsible for contributing in optimizing processes within own competence.
•Is able to advise across departments on potential direction of solution/ improvement within competence.
•Is able to use own developed skills (experience on the job) to find optimal solution for specific problems and resolve them.
•Has in depth technical knowledge of competence, in other words: knows the effects of deviations within sub system/module on performance of that sub system/ module.
•Is able to solve installation technical issues .
Physical,Mechanical, electrical (Master/Bachelor).
3 - 5 years
• Is able to train and coach competence colleagues in their expertise.
• Is able to update key interfaces on regular basis concerning status,, progress and impact.
• Is able to explain and present technical matters within competence group and toward the key interface.
Context of the position
Troubleshooting team is dedicated on providing containment and level 1 root cause ofdisturbance, we not only support factory also installation activity, mainchallenge is to find root cause and provide containment as soon as possible,we escalate structure issue to P.I.(performance improvement team.
