In Wilton, CT, ASML seeks functional Architect 2 to lead the technical design and support of current and previous generation Extreme Ultra Violet Reticle Stage modules (NXE:3100-3450); report to Reticle Positioning Group which is a department within the Wilton Development and Engineering organization; report to Manager of Reticle Positioning Group; work with large multi-disciplinary teams in order to meet all module and system level requirements; interface and negotiate with system engineering to derive requirements for new products; create error budget breakdowns for all System Design Specification requirements including CRAMS (Cost, Reliability, Availability, Manufacturability and Serviceability); write performance specification documents (Element Performance Specification (EPS)/Element Design Specification (EDS)) at module level and feed sub-budgets down to the sub-module levels; create top level Test Performance (Plan) Specification (TPS) documents and subsequent Test Analysis (acceptance) Reports (TARs) to prove module and system level performance specs are met; understand and be able to calculate and communicate the implication of module level errors on system/customer level performance (Overlay, Throughput, Imaging, Focus, Availability, etc.); represent Reticle Stage project in technical discussions at all levels and with all sectors; clearly communicate technical performance in both written and verbal presentations to stakeholders; act as technical leg of 3 in a box (Function Owner (FO), Project Leader (PL), Architect); be a point of contact for all module level interfaces with the rest of the machine; take responsibility for development and sustaining project results (on time delivery to specified performance at the right quality); create and manage roadmaps for future development of your module; own and solve high level ASML Issue Resolution (AIR) issues for the module; and support solving customer escalations.Doctorate degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering; experience in the development of complex high tech systems; experience in mechatronics, mechanics, electronics, software or physics; and approximately 15% travel to Europe, Asia and within the U.S. required.Apply online at www.asml.com.EEO/AA (W/M/Vets/Disability) employer.
