Job Description

Administrative Function (40% of time)
Assist FacilityManagement Team with tactical planning for the team’s goals and objectives
Receive, respond toand complete CMMS work orders in a timely manner consistent with requiredtimelines
Provide facilityspecific assistance to the project management team as needed or requested
Manage and maintainsmall facility management tasks as assigned
Coordinate specialevents in support of client or JLL
Provide support formeetings and conference room reservations as needed and directed
Provideshipping/receiving support
Assist with thecoordination and scheduling of maintenance activities
Perform periodic siteinspections to ensure business operations are uninterrupted at all times,and report and/or correct any deficiencies

Communication and Relationship Coordination (30% of time)
Provide generaloverall facility management services including continuous monitoring ofoffice/facility
Act as an interfacewith client, visitors and guests
Ensure appropriatefollow up with internal/external customers
Providedirection/information to vendors, facilities staff and service providersas required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work withinclient environment with minimal disruption

Compliance (20% of time)
Assist with budgetaryrequests, analysis and reporting
Assist withresearching, analyzing and reporting budget variances
Support completion ofall required audits

Less than 20%
Any and all otherduties and tasks assigned.


Associates degree orequivalent work experience


  • 18+ years’ experience infacilities management, mechanical, construction, Lean Management (5S)cleanroom or other related field
  • Superior customerservice skills and orientation
  • Ability to maintainprofessionalism at all times under stressful situations
  • Ability to plan andmanage work under time constraints
  • Ability to multitaskand work without direct supervision
  • Proficient in MSOffice, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills
  • Strong organizationalskills and collaborative style
