Job Mission

We create, validate and release the manufacturing- and service sequences for EUV systems. We design, verify and release these sequences with the lowest possible cycle- and repair times at the highest predictability, in order to secure system availability- and factory cycle time specifications.
In your job as Sequence Change Control Expert you will align sequence changes via the Change Control progress with all stakeholders before implementing and releasing the sequences in our ASML-wide used sequence tooling.
Next to that you and your team will also build a basic understanding of the sequence tooling competence and tool to support the Sequence Integrators for delivering the sequences.

Job Description

As a Sequence Change Control Expert you will play an important role in the change control of sequences, the implementation of sequences in the sequence tooling. You are also controlling the adherence and feedback loop on the process towards all stakeholders. This to ensure proper and on-time release of sequences towards the stakeholders (Development and engineering /Customer support - factory).

Sequence Tool related:
• Ensure implementation of sequences according to high level sequence design (SDS).
• Identify and initiate opportunities for process improvements and define tooling reqs.
• Support industrialization completeness and change control status reporting on KPI’s
Change Control related:
• Control sequence changes to ensure quality through CCB (change control board).
• Release the manufacturing- and service sequences to our internal customers.
• Analyze and enable feedback loop towards the stakeholders to improve change control process and improve quality for releases sequences.
• Manage stakeholders by setting the necessary communication manners (meetings, guidelines, rules, reports etc.) to align deliveries, quality and minimize escalations as a facilitator and chairman of the CCB.
Competence related:
• Good understanding on CMII methodology.
• Take initiative to build the sequence tooling competence roadmap.
• Motivated to learn the Sequence Tooling to support the admins.

Education

Bachelor or Master in technical engineering with experience or background in integration of complex equipment.

Experience

Must have:

• Knowledge on system level (generalist).
• Organizational talent, experience within stakeholder management
• Able to communicate on different levels.

In addition:

• Typically you will have 1-3 years of relevant working experience, either in industrialization engineering, sequence engineering and/or comparable positions within change management processes.
• Preferably you have affinity with system integration and configuration management.
• Organizational talent, experience with stakeholder management.
• Experience with new product introductions within Factory, Field and/or Upgrades

Context of the position

The EUV DE (Development & Engineering) SQA&I (Sequence Architecture & Integration) department is responsible for driving the design and actual performance of Cycle Time and Mean-Time-to-Repair to meet customer expectations at reduced manufacturing, service and upgrade cost for ASML. We own the design and integration of system sequences to enable early and shared learning for manufacturing, service and upgrade of EUV systems.
The EUV DE SQA&I Sequence Design & Verification group within this department is responsible for defining a unified sequence design for both factory and service sequences. All with the end goal of meeting the Cycle Time (CT) and MTTR spec defined by System Engineering to enable High Volume Manufacturing & Service.
