Introduction
CRE FM (Corporate Real EstateFacility Management)
is responsible for the corporatefacility management hard service , soft service , EHS solution provider, ourresponsibility are maintain high quality facility efficiency, and to build upa GPtW (Good Place to Work) environment. as a business partner, we need toalign our activity to industry business strategy plan , to integrate thefactory operation information ,Finance CAPEXOPEX plan and control ,otherindustry well practice learning and transition , and connection to allstakeholder , to establish industry facility require master plan , to fulfilnew production, evaluation, installation/upgrade/implementation, andtransition.
Job Mission
•Execute strategies to assure effective EHS systems, programs and procedures to improve employee safety, reduce operation risk, and avoid any EHS violation in factory contractor management.
•Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, customer requirements, all Worldwide CREASML EHS policies and procedures, and EHS management system.

Job Description
•support the functional operation of the EHS management system (ISO45001 & ISO14001);
•Carry out risk assessments and minimize risk to CRE scope of employees, contractor and the environment;
•Drive for EHS legal compliance, enhance safety performance and promote safety culture;
•Follow-up inspection findings and produce reports that suggest improvements;
•Analyze incidents and accidents and process follow-up solution;
•Communicate with Corporate, other regional, and local EHS colleagues on programs implementation and project support;
•Ensure all high risk operation of contractors safe;
•Develop and Enhance all workers and ERT emergency response skill;
•Manage process waste storage and clean.
•Oversight the working area and coordinate the EHS affairs.
•Attend the customers' contractor organization meeting to pass down safety information the workers.
Education
BSc/Msc degree in Safety & Health or comparable
Experience
1.3-7 years of occupational health and safety related work experiences.
2.With solid experiences of manufacturing/operational first line safety promotion.
3.Demonstrable experience with maturing safety culture in complex /high tech/multi country organizations
4.Experience working in an electronic industry environment, preferably semiconductor industry
Personal skills
1.Taiwan governmental Level A Occupational Safety or Health Specialist certified. (甲級職業安全/衛生管理技術士) (necessary condition)
2.Good handle on English skill (verbal and written) – to communicate to the foreigner. (necessary condition)
3.Open for cultural differences;
4.Motivated, proactive, self-driven and flexible
•Ability to prioritize and schedule workload and work on multiple tasks concurrently.
•Good Service attitude.
•Excellent communication skills and good team working skills
•Hands on and conceptual - In-depth analytical skills (8d problem solution skill etc..)
5.Good Chinese and English oral (TOEIC score over 550), listen and written abilities,to communicate to the foreigner. (necessary condition)
6.Able to overtime with requirement.
