We are welcoming an apprentice or graduation intern to our HR Processes and Information (P&I) team. Your main focus will be to support the yearly Performance Management process, which is key to our company's success. ASML can only grow as fast as our people grow. Together, we ensure employees have the opportunity to develop themselves through target setting and evaluation. As a team member of P&I you can help to monitor this process behind the scenes.
We are the owners of the main HR systems that support processes such as People Performance Management, Compensation Management and Learning Management. Our team also provides HR colleagues and the ASML organization with reporting and analytics to further develop our people and support decision making.
As a team member you will provide support during the Performance Management process. Your work will include:
• Coordination and communication with stakeholders
• Manage questions from HR and managers
• Provide ad hoc analytical reporting
• Administrative support
• Support us with other HR systems
There is also a possibility to combine these work activities with your graduation assignment related to HR and/or Talent Management. We are looking for someone to complete an internship for a minimum of 5 months starting September 2020.
You are a Bachelor or Master student with a background in Human Resources, Analytics or Business Administration.
You are capable of working independently, take initiative and have affinity with (HR) systems. You are reliable and accurate, and have strong administrative and analytical skills. Knowledge of Excel is a pre, but we are also excellent teachers. Since the P&I team operates worldwide, we are looking for good communication skills in English.
Please keep in mind that we can only consider students (who are enrolled at a school during the whole internship period) for our internships and graduation assignments.
