Formulate HR strategies determined within the context of the business strategy collaboratively with Expertise functions of C&B, People Development, Process & Information, Recruitment.

Job Description
1. Responsible for tactical HRBP, act as a strategic business partner to responsible business
2. Deliver total HR solution to responsible business team by collaboration with Expertise functions of C&B, People Development, Process & Information, Recruitment andIMO
3. Provide valuable advice to business managers, their staffs and responsible employee on HR topics; takes into account potential barriers to realize the plan
4. Facilitate communications, gathers feedback from managers and employees and makes improvement and delegates or implements these in business
5. Fully responsible for HR operation within assigned sectors
6. HR reporting and analytics
7. Continuous improvement in HR tooling & processes
8. Produces work that meets ambitious quality standards, recognizes and pays attention to the critical details and takes measures to improve quality within the scope of own work
9. Consistently adheres to rules, procedures and processes, even beyond own area of responsibility
10. Sets SMART targets for self and others and aligns them to overall organizational objectives
11. Monitors progress and measures results and overcomes barriers by reacting to changing environmental factors at an early stage; escalates if targets cannot be met

30% travel time most within China

Key requirements / Competencies
1. Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred)
2. > 8 years of HR experience (5+ years HRBP preferred)
3. Well rounded in talent management, succession, change management, continuous improvement, etc.
4. Stakeholder Management skills, builds trusted relationships easily on all levels within the organization.
5. Strong business acumen, and to translate into daily operations
6. Encourages collaboration and continuous alignment within HR or with business stakeholders
7. Strong knowledge in processes, systems and ways of working and shows appetite to improve
8. Deal effectively with conflict and different opinions
9. Critical but positive attitude, high persistence.
10. Combines pragmatic, hands-on mentality with a smart and conceptual view
