Job Mission

The TC Technical Support Technician is responsible for the tooling planning / registration, storage, maintenance, calibration / certification, inspection and repairs of production tools which are required for building and calibration / qualification of the ASML products.

Job Description


  • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Arrange internal maintenance, executed by vendors.
  • Set up service level agreements. And reports the performance of these suppliers and when necessary takes corrective actions.
  • Set-up and implement new processes under the supervision from the manager.
  • Manage and escalates technical issues regarding the Tool Maintenance, certification and calibration.


High School + 2 year technical degree or trade school or equivalent experience.


  • 3-5 years’ experience in a technical assembly environment.
  • Lean Manufacturing Training (5S, Kaizen, VSM, etc).
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Processes.
  • Must be able to work in a Cleanroom environment.
  • Knowledge and understanding how to maintain technical issues at ASML tools.
  • Knowledge of calibrating/certifying tools.
  • Experience with ERP-systems (like SAP), MS Excel.
