Introduction
As a Customer Support (CS) Project Leader (PL) is responsible for driving machine availability by chasing local and central improvements. The major capability you needed are project management, multiple communication and leadership skills.
Job Mission
EUV availability PL is responsible for leading availability improvements by identifying issues after analyzing data and by chasing both local and central teams to solution delivery and implementation. The major job is to identify problems from all available data sources, chase for solution and implementation and align with all stakeholders, including customer.
If data quality, progress on solution or implementation is not sufficient, availability PL needs to escalate for the solution accordingly.
Job Description
You will provide support to your counterpart (CS/DnE/CS NPI…) through planning activities to improve availability issues, and provide follow-up on the deployment activities.
Availability is split into different topics. Every PL will be responsible for one of them: Preventive Maintenance, MTBF (lot aborts), XLD/XLR and performance/ tsmc accountable downtime. For your topic you will co-work with both central and local CS teams.
Site located is split into different location. Site engagement is responsibility for project roll out and helping to define dedication issues.
1.You need to co-work with CS team to address EUV availability issues, drive upcoming solutions and escalate if progress is insufficient.
2.You need to drive EUV availability roadmap, solution and implementation dashboards.
3.You need to drive availability with clear goal and planning.
Education
Bachelor or Master degree in a technical degree (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, (Applied) Physics or comparable)
Experience
Experience in project management and continuous improvement processes.
Preferably >3 years, (ASML experience or project experience)
Personal skills
Business English both spoken and written is required.
Delivers fact-based and well-structured messages in a range of different formats, e.g. presentation, written messages.
Crisp communicator at all levels (operational – executive).
Actively gives and seeks constructive feedback.
Able to deal with resistance and challenge.
