Job Requisites
MPC Application Competence Engineer:

Metrology Process Control for both metrology andprocess improvement including advanced metrology& automation development and dataanalysis within a holistic scope
Support critical apps escalations from local anddrive VHV 3rd line to deliver support on time
Coordinate and introduce ASML new products to the customerand show on-product benefits
Business development support to identify improvement potentialsof ASML products to benefit customer.
Engage with ASML D&E and customer R&D team to supportNTP for the semiconductor technologysolutionroadmap definition
Support NTP/NPI project to develop application on new product
Document the structural issues or BKM and rollout toall sites
Be expert in 1 or more competence and help localteam grow
Be able to on-call / shift work in customerenvironment.


Job Requirements

PhD or master diploma in physics, opticalscience/engineering, chemical engineering, chemistry, electrical engineering,materials science or mathematics.
Minimum 3 years working experience in semiconductorfab or 5 years related working experience for semiconductor equipment vendor;minimum 2 years working experience in lithographic process and metrology
Have direct experience with ASML DUV, EUV, and relatedapplications, able to describe the pros and cons of ASML products
Have semiconductor process & metrology knowledge
Strong presentation and communication skillsto interface internal (BDM, project leaders, management) and externalcustomers.
Flexible mindset to support various taskswithin matrix organization (escalation, NPI, NTP project)
Awareness of ASML way of working to ensure helpneeded are addressed successfully and efficiently to the right people.
Can work under pressure ( for instance, Averagely,10% overtime work)
Flexible to travel support customers in China(travel frequency 30%)
