Within ASML we value our collaboration with students and schools. Our student programs are an important way to get in touch with talented students, most with a technical background. The HR Talent Programs team coordinates this group as part of the recruitment department of ASML. The program manager student programs manages Talent and Student Programs and collaborates with regional schools.
You will be an intern in the HR Talent Programs team for Student Programs running at ASML. You will support and assist the Program Manager with the following activities:
- Strategic sparring partner and facilitator for the HR Talent Programs;
- Owning and facilitating structural improvements within the HR Talent Programs team;
- Investigation / deep dives on the most important study directions and link towards the most important critical and strategic competences, resulting in a comprehensive map of relevant schools and study directions for ASML
You are a Bachelor or Master student in HR, Communications, Business Administration, or similar. You have affinity with Education and Talent Programs and you feel at home in a high-tech environment. You have good communication skills in Dutch and English. You are proactive, independent and have an analytical attitude. This internship can be linked to a graduation research.
The internship has a preferred duration of 6 months, for 4 or 5 days a week. The preferred start date will be September 2020.
Please keep in mind that we can only consider students (who are enrolled at a school during the whole internship period) for our internships and graduation assignments.
