Job Mission

As manager you are accountable for the operational (supply chain) preparation and cost performance of all EUV upgrade, de-install and relocation events covered by your team of coordinators. In this role you are responsible for both content and line management, allowing you to focus on the operational success, continuous improvement and building capabilities for the future. For this role we are looking for people that can maintain a high-level view while keeping track of the details, who are able to manage (senior) stakeholders as well as successfully manage and develop a team of ambitious coordinators.

Your main deliverables will be/are:

  • On-Time and In-Full availability of materials for all EUV upgrade & relocation products
  • Cost performance within target and plans in place to meet long term cost ambitions
  • High level of team engagement and job satisfaction

Job Description

  • Manage and develop a team of supply chain coordinators
  • Balance demand, supply and required investments to ensure availability against minimum expenditures
  • Manage critical stakeholders both centrally and in the field (Business Line, Customer Service, PLM, CSCM Field
  • Operations, CSCM Service Management, Supply Chain Planning)
  • Evaluate performance with all stakeholders and identify, initiate and drive improvements
  • Manage supply chain aspects of new or changed EUV upgrade & relocation products
  • Initiate and drive improvements roadmap
  • Maintain an up to date overview of all relevant processes

Education

Relevant Master's degree is a must (e.g. Industrial Engineering & Management Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Engineering)

Experience

  • 6-10 years relevant experience in a large international company (industry or consultancy), ideally with a Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations or Procurement background
  • People management experience
  • Proven ability to initiate and drive a portfolio of performance improvement initiatives
  • Experience in a demanding, high-pressure environment
  • Experience dealing with multiple cross-sector stakeholders, balancing conflicting needs and interests
  • Experience with ASML’s complex global supply chain infrastructure is an absolute plus

Context of the position

Customer Supply Chain Management, part of ASML’s SCM division, is responsible for all customer supply chain activities (machines deliveries, upgrades at customer sites, spare parts management), inbound and outbound flows to and from the factories. Professional management of returnable and re-usable materials is a key priority within the CSCM team of Upgrades, Installs & Relocations. The business impact is significant: efficient and smart pool management of returnable, handling & transport, and re-usable materials contributes greatly to cost of goods reduction and prevention of capital and operational expenditures. Availability is key and mandatory to achieve ASML’s ambition and growth. This needs to be achieved within the context of a fast growing pool of materials, an increased need for professionalization of means and methods and stretched expenditure targets.For these reasons we are building a dedicated pool management team under leadership of a team lead.
