This is a graduation assignment for a Bachelor or Master student in Human Resources or related.
Within ASML you will start working at Twinscan Factory. Twinscan Factory is more than 1,600 people strong and is responsible for the production and installation of Twinscan systems.
Being part of the HR Twinscan Factory team, means you will join an engaged and highly motived team of 6 HR professionals supporting our business in helping achieving its business goals.
One of our key priorities on our people agenda is “Sustainable Employability”. Sustainable employability is about the employability, vitality and ability of our employees across all age groups and phases in life.
Your primary assignment will be to come up with a proposal including concrete actions on how to increase employability within the Twinscan Factory with a focus on the more experienced workers. What are there their needs and preferences? How to create the right environment? How can we support mangers to hold the right conversations? What are concrete actions we can implement?
We are curious to your thoughts and ideas!
Next to your assignment we will offer you the possibility to gain more insights in the work of a HR professional by involving you in various HR topics and activities that are running.
This is a graduation assignment for a Bachelor or Master student in Human Resources or related. You have strong communication skills and are curious and analytical. You are fluent in Dutch and English.
The start date of this internship is end of August, beginning of September for 6 months. The amount of days is to be discussed but a minimum of 3 days.
Please keep in mind that we can only consider students (who are enrolled at a school during the whole internship period) for our internships and graduation assignments.
