Job Description

• Technical supports and troubleshooting on Hardware/Software trouble
• FSE will be needed to participate in technical explanation meeting with customers. Also, attend regular conference call with Taiwan/U.S.
• Participate in evaluation items decision/review meeting with customers
• Execute customer’s special & safety requirements to the machine
• Prepare Standard Operation Procedures and Instruction manuals to customers
• Conduct installed base customer to get the service contract
• To manage any escalation matter occurred in the field
• With the potential to manage the Technical Support team operation is plus

Education

Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or related major

Experience

- 0~2 years field service or customer support background in semiconductor capital equipment.
- Experience in any or all of the following areas is a plus: Inspection equipment, film equipment industrial machinery (electronics) service, maintenance experience

Personal skills

- Knowledge of semiconductor inspection system, semiconductor manufacturing system or semiconductor device
- Fundamental English skill required
- Aggressive/proactive attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work alone and/or with limited supervision
