Interferometric Measurement Technology - Senior Process Engineer

Your working environment

At our Berlin site, our employees manufacture key components for ASML lithography systems. As part of our precision manufacturing you will support the production of optical components, assemblies as well as systems made of glass, glass ceramics and ceramics for our high-tech small series, single part and prototype production.

Your tasks

• Supporting and optimizing our in-process measuring technology as well as product qualification measuring technology (especially white light and Fizeau interferometry)
• Intensively collaborate in strategic projects
• Lead knowledge transfer
• Technically and methodically coach less experienced process engineers
• Ensuring and systematically implementing new measuring processes at the interface between development and production
• Procuring measuring systems
• Creating the documents needed for production (e.g. work instructions and formulas)
• Systematic process analysis and monitoring the critical process parameters
• Planning, implementing and evaluating measurement system analyses (MSA)
• Participation in general improvement projects within process technology and manufacturing

Your qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in physics, physical engineering, photonics, or an engineering related discipline
• Extensive expert knowledge in optical metrology
• Professional experience in production measuring technology
• Experience in interferometric measuring methods
• Basic programming knowledge an advantage
• Experience in project work desirable
• Very good knowledge of German and English
