Introduction

Within ASML the sector Customer Support (CS) is responsible for the maintenance, repair and continuous improvement of ASML systems at customer locations.
One of the departments in this sector is CS NPI EUV. The CS NPI EUV team prepares and manages the CS part of the execution of new system maintenance of new ASML machines at customer sites.

Job Mission

As EUV upgrade PL you are responsible for managing whole EUV upgrade needed with team of field engineers, coordinators and generalists, from preparation, till execution end.
You will interface with EUV Field Upgrade Project Leaders in the field and Veldhoven. As a leader you will also have multi internal alignment with NPI, D&E and local CS field offices as well as external with customers while onsite.

Job Description

Work with EUV planning & operation team for volume field upgrade & FCO from preparation to implementation & administration control, including parts/tool readiness, right skill/expert, and candidate machine.
Monitor FCO & UG status in the local office, regularly report.
Play as leading coordination role for Beta test, representative of local team, working with NPI PL (or counterpart) to secure beta success, including beta execution.
Review service mix readiness for local service team to be able to maintain/serve these new function/FCO introduced into local office.
Present the new FCO/UG release to customer and feedback customer’s concern to VHV.
Work with Account Manager to execute business option activity.

Education

BS/MS major in Mechanical, Electrical/ Electro-optical, Controlling Engineering, Physics or other related fields

Experience

- Fab experience in the Lithography area will be a plus
- Experience or knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process is preferred

Personal skills

- Good communication skills and command of the English Language
- Must be a strong team player, supporting & analytical skill and good working habits
