CS - EUV planning project leader - Tainan
In a nutshell
Within ASML the sector Customer Support (CS) is responsible for the maintenance, repair and continuous improvement of ASML systems at customer locations.
One of the departments in this sector is CS NPI EUV. The CS NPI EUV team prepares and manages the CS part of the execution of new system maintenance of new ASML machines at customer sites.
As EUV planning project leader you are responsible for managing whole EUV schedule down planning with team of system lead, field engineers, coordinators and generalists, from preparation till execution end, but mainly focus on preparation, like tools, parts, schedule, procedures, etc.
You will interface with EUV Planning Project Leaders in the field and Veldhoven. As a leader you will also have multi internal alignment with NPI, D&E and local CS field offices as well as external with customers while onsite.
Planner is a fully supportive function within the OPP team. Competency is focused on planning with affinity to technical content.
Responsible for tangible machine plan in Fab level, based on available office resource, including manpower, tool/parts availability, and methodology and customer production plan. And act as SPOC to align with machine schedule/plan.
Review and adjust individual machine plan to meet each machine performance and Fab operation with available resource.
Plan major Fab level activity, for example: Collector Swap, LLGV, Software Upgrade, etc, and coordinate the overall plan and preparation activity.
Smartly monitor Fab operation status. Based on unexpected change in Fab, planner can dynamic adapt the planning schedule, in order to gain Max machine performance, for example: Availability, FCO implementation rate, etc.
Host Internal Planning Review meeting, to secure all well prepared based on planning schedule.
BS/MS major in Mechanical, Electrical/ Electro-optical, Controlling Engineering, Physics or other related fields
- Fab experience in the Lithography area will be a plus
- Experience or knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process is preferred
- Good communication skills and command of the English Language
- Must be a strong team player, supporting & analytical skill and good working habits
