Job Mission

EUV pellicles are thin films that protects the EUV reticle for dust particles. To reduce absorption of EUV light, they must be extremely thin.

The EUV transmission of EUV pellicle is an important device specification. ASML has developed a dedicated tool to measure it. The tool is already available but we are lacking deeper understanding of the different error sources.

You will help us to develop a better understanding on the details of the tool with support from ASML. The work includes mainly data analysis and programming tasks with also a few measurements on the tool itself.

You are a Bachelor or Master student with a background in Physics. You should have affinity with data analysis and understand the basics of MATLAB and the basics of statistical methods. The English language is required, both written andverbally.

This is an apprentice or graduation internship for minimum 5 months. The start date is as soon as possible.

Please keep in mind that we can only consider students (who are enrolled at a school during the whole internship period) for our internships and graduation assignments.
