Are you an enthusiastic team player who has analytical skills and who can help us with a well-automated, well documented monthly security KPI reporting process and who wants to work in a dynamic environment at a high-tech company? Then this internship could be interesting for you.
The Risk and Business Assurance (R&BA) department has an important assurance role with respect to IT & OT Security of ASML assets. The department must determine based upon data that is collected monthly, whether the various assets (e.g. servers, workstations) managed by different teams are compliant towards the ASML Security Standards.
You will work in a team with security enthusiastic professionals responsible for various security area’s:
- OT / ICS / SCADA (SCADA, HMI, Historian, PLCs)
- Endpoint (servers, workstations)
The persons in this team are each responsible for the security of their attention area’s and act as each other’s back-up for certain topics. The team has an assurance role within ASML and is involved in various projects to provide advice on security topics and check/verify if new application(s) or solution(s) are compliant to the ASML security policies and standards.
Currently the collected information is, mostly manually, processed towards the monthly security report. These actions exist of collecting and chasing data and determine if these are correct and if KPI”s are compliant towards the agreed targets.
The purpose of this assignment is to automate as much as possible the generation of the monthly report (including graphs), document the automation process and train the users how to use the automated report generator.
You are a Bachelor student with affinity with IT, Processes, KPI’s and IT / OT Security. You are an enthusiastic team player with strong analytical skills. You are able to help us with a well-automated, well documented monthly security KPI reporting process and are willing to work in a dynamic environment at a high-tech company.
This is a Bachelor apprentice internship for minimum 3 months, 5 days a week. The start date is as soon as possible.
Please keep in mind that we can only consider students (who are enrolled at a school during the whole internship period) for our internships and graduation assignments.
