The Customer Security Officer aligns security requirements from ASML with our customers and helps ASML engineers in any security issue.

Job Mission
The Customer Security Officer is responsible to continuously assess and report on security, operational, processes, and physical threats to ASML at designated customers and Customer Confidential Information (CCI). Assessed risks need to either be mitigated or accepted by the responsible owner.

Job Description
The Customer Security Officer knows about ASML, our products, our customer and about information security. He/She
maintains close relations with Security staff at designated customer(s)
collects security requirements and align ASML security requirements with designated customer(s)
perform ASML Incident Management for security related incidents/issues at designated customer(s)
Is responsible for the protection of Customer Information of the designated customer(s)
performs Risk Management for the designated customer(s)
aligns with (senior) Sales Account Managers at ASML and (senior) CS Management
creates and maintain Security policies for designated customer(s)
reports on Customer(s) Security
creates Information Security awareness
maintains a large network with the area of responsibilities (e.g. local Sales and CS teams)

CISSP/CISM or comparable certification
Technical/IT/informatics background bachelor degree.
Knowledge of risk assessment frameworks and methodologies

More than 3 years’ experience as an Information Security professional in:
Conducting Security Assessments
Translating the output of the assessment into security baseline/plan for the customers
Communicating with Stake holders and Senior management
Security Awareness training for executive and employees

Knowledge about ASML, its products and the WoW at customers is a pre

Personal skills
Analytical, precise, tenacious, autonomous
Good communication/organization skills, proficient in English (speaking & writing)
Negotiation skills, make clear decisions
Multi-cultural understanding

Context of the position
The ASML Customer Security Office reports to the CISO in ASML, which is situated in the Risk & Business Assurance department within Finance.
We work together with all other Security departments within ASML, both within the CISO team, the Regional Offices and the Security teams within the business.
