Introduction

Customer supply chain specialist thatadded value to Customer competitiveness through development andimplementation of supply chain solutions regarding the After Sales.Maintain close relationships with internalcustomer on operational level .You will with CS and team’s to fulfillcustomer demand, monitor performance. Follow-up on issues arising fromoperations or raised by other regions/sectors, remove operational roadblocks,identify and pursue alternative strategies.

Job Mission

This role will be fulfillment of customer salesorders, customer programs forecast and safety stock replenishment. Plan andrelease feasible plans to fulfill customer demand. Monitor and control supplydeviation. Regular review KPI and initiate PDCA improvement activities incase KPIs are below targets.

Job Description

Key elements of the job include:
1. Work with supply chain team to ensurecustomer needs are fulfilled.
2. Manage the integral supply chain to matchdemand and supply, using the master planning system.
3. Optimize inventory performance via trendforecasting.
4. Support and arrange returns.
5. Tooling management ,support CS toolingdemand for system installation/ upgrade.
6. Maintain and process documentation.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Education

Bachelor ’s degree

Experience

3~7 years relevant experience in alarge international company, ideally Supply Chain Management, Operations orProcurement/Sales background

Personal skills

Fluent in English written and oral
Knowledge in Excel, Word, Power Point
Experience with SAP software
Work well in a high-pressureenvironment
Supply chain experience (2-3 yearsminimum)
Identifies and actively seeks supportfrom other stakeholders to drive SCM performance
