Job Description

  • Collect raw data and prepare service blueprint per agreed rule
  • Work together with Central service business planning department closely to plan service demand and capacity demand for CS China team
  • Assist CS managers for capacity planning
  • Consolidate all inputs & update it on database
  • Initiate review, summarize inputs and follow up with Owners
  • First level gap analysis, include reasons of the gap; address the gap, and monitor progress of action plans
  • Long term resource planning
    Prepare Inventory of contract obligations for the region
    Analyze headcount impact
    Assist CS manager/knowledge management competency/training demand planning
    Follow internal process to support CS operations smoothly.

Education

Bachelor degree, IE and Engineering background is preferred

Experience

5~ year experience in data analysis, project management, workforce planning is required
