Job Description

As a Goods Flow (GF) Project manager within the LSO GF department, you are responsible for:

  • Driving projects, join projects that improve, safeguard the standards for good flows taking the functional requirements of goods flows into account.
  • Developing and supplying analyses, knowledge and expertise on the department’s logistics processes, and their implementation in SAP and other IT tools.
  • Maintaining data models needed for Goods Flow Network Design, Process Mining and Flow Analysis, including the related business and compliance requirements
  • Providing network design , process mining and logistic flow analysis on actual (ad-hoc) issues, to address structural improvements and based on request from PLM new program requirements
  • Point of contact for LSO GF to the other departments in S&SC and in other sectors to utilize existing data and network design infrastructure
  • Creating a network in ASML that has common interest in standardized goods flows

You will support the Sourcing & Supply Chain (S&SC) department and you will work closely together with all relevant stakeholders throughout ASML, depending on your specific subjects. You will report to lead of LSO GF.

Education

Bachelor or Master in business engineering, industrial engineering, operational management, quality or logistics. Work experience can supplement specific education levels.

Experience

  • > 10years’ experience in project management, conceptual network design andgoods flow analysis within an operational, logistics, or engineering environment,preferably in a high-tech, low-volume production environment.
  • IfASML internal, preferred experience in operations, supply chain and/orprocurement withlogisticinfrastructure affinity and expertise.
  • Hands-onexperience with continuous improvement based on lean principles and effectivechange management.
  • Knowledgeof process design, process management, network design, data management, documentationand standardization .

Context of the position

The LSO Goods Flowdepartment within ASML Supply Chain Management provides professional services to ensure a structured, controlled and transparent flow of goods through our logistic network. Besides providing an overall library of all ASML flow of goods, also change control as well as setup new flows , data analysis on key elements and continuous improvement to increase efficiency are also important tasks. You are competent to map logistic processes in a global network model, make real material movements processes visible in process mining and identify opportunities for improvements in performance and costs. Your input is used for process (re-) design and / or material flow standardization. You drive implementation projects independently and are a master in managing stakeholders. You naturally reach out to people, communicate easily and are able to build professional relationships based on equality.
