Job Description
PMO is positioned as an independent team member of a business team that is responsible for the development of our state-of-the-art lithography machines.
 

Your tasks

As Team Lead Project Management Officer you are expected to:

• Take the lead in the roll-out and embedding of project (program) standards and processes related to a.o. project planning, product generation process, effective decision making, reporting, change control, risk management related to the triple constraint.
• Provide guidance during the financial forecasting (budget) process and proactively assist regular financial management and reporting;
• Act as a recognized business partner by enabling effective decisions making on all levels;
• Have a tangible impact on multi-cluster & project organization structures.
• Be able to understand and drive improvements in a complex landscape of various processes, tools/systems and stakeholders.
• Operate in a multiple product/ cluster environment with a broad area of responsibilities that connect to different sites of the ASML organization.
• Be able to deal with a dynamic role & responsibilities and help guide your team members though a fast-pace changing environment.
• This role requires for majority of the time an on-site presence in our Berlin office.

Your qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
• Minimum of 5-10 years working experience as practical experience as a project manager or project management officer or in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment. 
• A minimum of three years' experience in a high tech industry with high technical complexity.
• A minimum of three years’ experience in a supervisory position required.
