Your working environment
In our high-tech small production runs, single part and prototype production, you will support us in the high-precision manufacture of optical components, assemblies and systems made of glass, glass ceramics and ceramics.At our Berlin site, our employees manufacture key components for ASML lithography systems. As part of our precision manufacturing you will support the production of optical components, assemblies as well as systems made of glass, glass ceramics and ceramics for our high-tech small series, single part and prototype production.
Your tasks
- Writing programs for machining brittle-hard materials in CNC-controlled cutting machine tools
- Simulation of the created programs
- Preparation and monitoring of program test runs
- Creation and adaptation of programs in CAM systems
- Selection of machining technology and tools
- Preparation of required tools and components for subsequent processes
- Preparation of recipes for the processing of the products
- Supporting processing of error messages
- Creation and optimization of jigs and tools
- Coordination with design engineers
Your qualifications
- Completed training as an industrial mechanic, machinist or equivalent training with advanced training in programming
- At least two years of professional experience in programming
- Extensive experience in handling CAD data
- Handling of CNC machines
- Experience in 3-5 axis machining
- Experience in handling SAP
- Controls Heidenhain 426 / 530i and/or Sinumerik 840D an advantage
