The HR Processes & Information (P&I) team is looking to welcome an apprentice intern in the team to support the yearly Potential Identification & Succession Management process. This process supports the ASML “People” strategy and is all about how ASML as a company can develop the potential of the employees. You, as a P&I intern, will help to facilitate this process within the system. As a team member of P&I you can help to monitor this process behind the scenes.

We are the owners of the main HR systems that support processes such as People Performance Management, Compensation Management and Learning Management. Next to this, our team also provides HR colleagues and the ASML organization with reporting and analytics to further develop our people and support decision making.

•Planning and communication with stakeholders
•Administrative support
•Manage questions from (HR) managers
•Provide ad hoc reporting
•Give overall support to the P&I team

Next to this, there is a possibility to combine these work activities with an assignment related to HR and/or Talent management.

You are a Bachelor or Master student with a background in Human Resources or Analytics.
You are capable of working individually and have affinity with (HR) systems. You are reliable and accurate, and have strong administrative skills. Knowledge of Excel is a pre, but we are also excellent teachers. Since the P&I team operates worldwide, you need good communication skills in English.

This is a Bachelor or Master apprentice internship for minimum 5 months. The start date is in the beginning of 2021.

Please note that we can only consider students who are enrolled at a school for the entire duration of the internship.

We make machines that make chips – the hearts of the devices that keep us informed, entertained and safe; that improve our quality of life and help to tackle the world’s toughest problems.

We build some of the most amazing machines that you will ever see, and the applications to run them. Never satisfied, we measure our performance in units that begin with pico or nano.

We believe we can always do better. We believe the winning idea can come from anyone. We love what we do – not because it’s easy, but because it’s hard. At ASML we are always pushing technology further.
