Job Description

At ASML we constantly have to ensure that our ambitious business objectives are met in compliance with laws and regulations.

As a business partner you will collaborate with senior stakeholders (up to the Executive Committee) inside and outside the Finance department. You will be part of ASML’s business control team driving ASML’s business priorities. You will be the first point of contact towards senior business leaders of the Applications management team driving financial and non-financial business objectives/priorities at HMI.

As a Senior Manager you are responsible for:
Challenging the business on their objectives/initiativesand targets;
Driving the business in order meet theirtargets;
Providing solutions supporting the mainbusiness drivers;
Managing the full P&L planning andforecasting process of the HMI business.
You are expected to drive continuous improvement through initiating and drivingchanges which enhance the effectiveness and quality of ASML’s financial and non-financial objectives.


Master degree in Economics/Finance.


15+ years of business control experience (incl.managerial experience) at a global (listed) company (> EUR 2 billion ofnet sales); 5+ years of experience in a hardware technologycompany preferably focused on development of highly sophisticated capitalequipment/systems.
Knowledge and experience with US GAAP;
