Are you looking for an internship in change management where extensive stakeholder management is needed? Then this internship could be interesting for you!
The department MPS DO Refurb Operations manages refurbishment projects overseeing 3 locations Worldwide.
Each refurbishment project is unique and has its unique challenges. The department is preparing for a strategy change in our refurbishment processes which requires a program view with multiple workstreams in order to guide this roadmap towards the implementation of the new strategy. Additionally we need to relocate to another building, and have to comply with the existing processes in that environment. This brings a challenge in “merging” different ways of working, and also in defining (in cooperation with related departments) new processes to enable an efficient operation.
You will assist in setting up the program and workstreams, actively support the workstreams in standardization of output (e.g. uniform process-flows/descriptions a.o.) and co-structure the program output in our new SharePoint environment. You will actively (together with a MPS Do Refurb representative) meet and manage stakeholders from various departments, and play an active role in each workstream defined under the program. In every step of the journey you will be coached/assisted by a representative of the department.
You are a Bachelor or Master student in Business management or Informatics, with extensive MS Office skillsets incl. MS Projects. You need to be able to handle change management challenges within the department/stakeholder departments. You are a quick learner and have an open mindset.
This is a Bachelor or Master internship for 5 days a week for minimum 5 months. The start date is as soon as possible.
Please note that we can only consider students who are enrolled at a school for the entire duration of the internship.
