Job Mission

Steer the readiness of the industrialization deliverables in the Design and Engineering organization to ensure that Factory and Customer Support can successfully execute their work.

Job Description

The main responsibilities of the manufacturing and service integrator are:

  • Proactively connect with stakeholders to steer readiness
  • Report on regular base about status of the deliverables
  • Identify actions to be taken based on the reports
  • Steer readiness of industrialization deliverable verification
  • Participate in the industrialization deliverables scope definition
  • Identify improvements and drive that those will be realized
  • Participate in the release advice of the industrialization deliverables

Education

Technical Bachelor of Science or Master of Science (e.g. Optical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Physics, Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial engineering).

Experience

No constraints in terms of work experience, but the following items can be an advantage:

  • Experience in or affinity with the machine industry
  • Experiences in semiconductor equipment development (strong plus)
  • Experience in production environment with high tech products and complex production processes is preferred
  • High proficiency in Microsoft applications (excel)

Context of the position

You will work within the System Industrialization department which mission is to drive the operational excellence in the delivery of the industrialized products and processes from D&E to the sectors according their costs targets.You will report to the GL industrialization performance. As a manufacturing and service integrator you will work closely with the Industrialization Project Leader and the industrialization team. You interface with Manufacturing and Equipment Engineers and D&E project leads and sector representatives.
