Job Mission

The mission of “Sr. Supply Chain Management” is to enable our logistics department to successfully support our production and D&E. As an expert, you will act as a connector interface between HMI D&E, Purchase, PLM and ASML headquarters.

Job Description

Coordinate with HMI D&E, Purchase, PLM & SI to develop product movement plans
Coordinate the WS (container) movement plans with ASML GL LSO.
Follow ASML sales process/flow and coordinate with ASML GL LSO for intercompany & oversea order process (parts & system), shipment schedule & freight operations etc.
Coordinate with HMI Sales, PLM, SI & ASML GL LSO, to develop system shipment plans, include order packaging & crates, container transportation, 3rd party manpower, trucking schedule & freight operations
Supplier chain management includes freight forwarder/product/supplier search, PR submission and data analysis
Align and follow standard WoW to meet ASML global needs
Initiate problem solving in a timely manner which includes communicating with suppliers, internal stakeholders and cross regional global facilities

Education

Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant work experience

Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication
Quick critical thinking and problem solving skills
Understanding of supply chain, including common issues and effective solutions

Personal skills

Must be team player, hardworking, self-motivated
Work independently or as part of a team and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision.
Can observe and respond to people and situations and interact with others encountered in the course of work
Must be able to read and interpret data, information, and documents.
