Introduction

Business Line Mature Products & Services (BL MPS) is the other leading-edge Business Line within ASML, responsible for the PAS 200 mm and AT Twinscan customer base with an annual revenue of over 250 Million Euro. The install base consists of 150 customers and more than 2000 systems. Customer developments and market dynamics are mainly driven by the Internet of Things.

Job Description

Responsible for the attractiveness and success of the MPS product portfolio for which you are assigned on a world-wide basis:

  • Analyze current product performance data, market trends to create current and long-term product strategy plans and roadmaps, including ways to win back business or drive growth in your assigned products. Maintain an up to date overview of customer and peer information for your assigned products;
  • Define product offerings, list pricing and package discounts based on customer requirements from Sales and Customer Support (CS) feedback, market research, SBI input and other internal input;
  • Prepare and present in Product Portfolio Meeting within MPS to drive transparent decision making on product portfolio and commercial strategies, ensuring that we meet our product planning targets;
  • Develop the product launch, including sales collaterals & CS support packages. Create a close alignment with Sales and CS to better service our customers and make Sales & CS more effective and efficient by offering attractive products with good sales collaterals and good explanation to CS on how to install and maintain the product;
  • Create an aligned and committed revenue budget together with Sales and Finance for your assigned products and drive for execution as part of the MOR cycle –targeting risks and upsides;
  • Drive internal organization for execution. Work closely with Development & Engineering (D&E), CS and Operations to implement the products including resolving product related issues.

Education

Academic degree, a combination of technical and business background (preferably technical MSc with a MBA).

Experience

At least 8 years of relevant services marketing and management experience for a mature install base of high-tech equipment (preferably semiconductor or similar, for example medical equipment) which runs and requires services 7x24.

Personal skills

  • Entrepreneurship, creativity and flexibility combined with a pragmatic attitude focused on execution and delivering results;
  • Good communication skills, influential in commercial processes, convincing to customers;
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build bridges on senior management level.

Context of the position

The Product Manager reports to the Head of Product and Service Marketing.
