Introduction

Drive service business for key global account or region including annual service level agreements and long term service business strategic planning.Synchronize business agreements, practices and structure for key global account.Ensure that ASML meets or exceeds corporate business targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Job Description

1. To manage ASML EUV service business strategy, commercial execution and P&L at all sites, including Taiwan and future overseas expansion.Responsibilities include
EUV service strategy, service principles, and business guidance
EUV service pay per wafer commercial execution from service to cash, commercial issue remedy, and ERP end-to-end business process integration with key customer
EUV project management of certain labor scope of work split to key customer
EUV relocation business management and demand-supply consolidation across all fabs
EUV customer training strategy and demand-supply consolidation across all fabs

2. To manage ASML EUV SLA service level agreement (service contract) deal structuring, customer negotiation, service contract documentation, deal closure and execution roll-out, with cross-sector teams including Business Lines, Finance, Customer Support, Supply Chain and Key Account Team

3. Other responsibilities include
to build long term strategic relationship with key customer, including fab management, central lithography competency center, and procurement.Be recognized as the customer go-to persons for EUV OPEX related topics.
to development account-specific EUV service business plan for the year, and for coming 3 years
to work with Customer Support to ensure performance metrics of SLA are met.And to resolve any structural service contract issues

Education

Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or related field.MBA is a plus.

Experience

1. 10 years or more experience in customer service, process or equipment field support and / or semiconductor equipment sales or marketing experience.Lithography experience is a plus.
2. 3 years or more experience and proven track record in service business management is a plus

1. Proven ability to lead and work with cross-sector teams, on a complex business deal, from beginning to deal closure with customers.
2. Excellent internal and external communication and presentation skills, in Mandarin and English.Able to explain complex technical matters in simple terms, and communicate to upper management with insight of impact on business and recommendation of solutions.
3. A business leader and driver, while able to collaborate and work well with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
4. Strategic thinking, while attention to details.Can zoom in and zoom out, from details to bigger picture.
