Introduction

Manages multi-level activities related to ASML Taiwan 200mm customers and business to positively impact future growth in systems, upgrades and services.Develops and implements strategic and tactical business plan.Business leadership role to lead company cross-sector resources to achieve business targets, while ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Description

1. Manage Accounts of Taiwan 200mm customers:
a. To develop and maintain an excellent customer relationship to ensure ASML’s position as the continued vendor of choice.This is accomplished by creating strong interface between multiple levels of the customer and ASML including engineering, purchasing, planning, R&D / D&E, management, operations, finance, product groups and marketing, deal structure team, legal/contract, etc.
b. To have a strong understanding of the customer’s wants and needs, from both customer RD, Fab and Procurement; recognizes the business linkages and strategies with present and future customers’ needs effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and account profitability.
3. To manage business alignment for customer accounts by identifying gaps in customer expectation and ASML’s offerings and working to reduce those gaps.
2. Deliver Business Goals & Strategy, including systems, upgrades and services:
a. To develop clear goals and success factors directly linked to the achievement of the corporate business strategies long term and short term.
b. To work with product groups to identify market and industry trends within the region and translate into commercial actions in order to penetrate/expand ASML business scope
c. To lead cross sector resources to achieve business goals
d. To penetrate into new strategic, special apps customers who do not have ASML installed base
3. Account Escalation Support:
a. End responsible for operational success.To lead and drive cross sector resources including Customer Support, Supply Chain and Factory, to deliver products and services as ASML agreement to customers.
b. To get involved if any issues (technical & non-technical) can not be resolved in the normal functional channel (such as CS escalation)
c. To ensure the appropriate priority is given to the issue.Balances the customer’sneeds verses ASML's resource/priority.
d. To proactively look for ways to improve value, quality and service to customers through appropriate relationships and feedback mechanisms with customer management.
4. Commercial Activities:
a. To drive, execute and close end-to-end commercial activities, sales order from deal-making, deal-approval, quotation, negotiation, closure to customer PO booking.
b. To develop business and execute to meet annual sales target

Education

Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or related field. MBA is a plus.

Experience

10 years or more experience in account management, sales or marketing, and customer service. Semiconductor equipment industry experience is preferred.

1. Proven ability to lead and work with cross-sector teams, on a complex business deal, from beginning to deal closure with customers.
2. A business leader and driver, while able to collaborate and work well with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
3. Excellent internal and external communication and presentation skills, in Mandarin and English.Able to explain complex technical matters in simple terms, and communicate to upper management with insight of impact on business and recommendation of solutions.
4. Strategic thinking, while attention to details.Can zoom in and zoom out, from details to bigger picture.
