Job Mission

The ASML Privacy Office, part of the HR department based in Veldhoven, is searching for a Communication Intern in order to support the Privacy Practice. The Privacy Office is a young team with +- 15 people from different professions

Job Description

You will be involved in the development, optimization and management of the communication processes, supporting the Privacy Coordinator, Project Manager and team in the handling of communication activities, the execution of the process related activities and the developing of contents to support the organization. You will update the Intern guide regarding the Communication activities for future Communication Interns. You will also support the team in deploying the Communications roadmap for 2021, the development of campaign messages and the production of contents, maintaining the internal Privacy website andensuring alignment among all the messages internally and externally communicated by the Privacy Office.

Education

• You are a Bachelor student with a background in Communications or related.
• You are familiar with building and maintaining (SharePoint) websites.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and preferably one other language).
• You have a basic understanding regarding company processes
• You have excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize workload.
• You are flexible, have a helicopter view, are patient, creative and helpful.
• You are a team player who likes to work with multiple stakeholders.

This is a Bachelor apprentice internship with a duration of a minimum of 6 months.


Please note that we can only consider students who are enrolled at a school for the entire duration of the internship.
