Job Mission

Within ASML, the sector Development & Engineering is responsible for the specification, design and engineering of all the ASML products. The department System Integration is part of D&E and responsible for the integration of modules into a proto system and prove that the system can meet the specifications. The system integration project lead leads a team of test engineers during the integration of multiple subsystems (hardware and software) into one complete system according agreed product specifications and timeline. He/she defines the integration plan to achieve the integration goal and aligns over all the relevant stakeholders.

Job Description

The integration project lead manages the integration of development deliverables on the full system prototypes. You organize the project, manage escalations and ensure that all stakeholders are up to date on the project status and aligned on the next steps. In addition, you take responsibility for the daily progress of the integration work on the prototypes and the related issue tracking and follow up.

On this position you will:
Manage the integration of the full system hardware / software
Set priorities and adjust plan in case of disturbances.
Plan, coordinate and organize the project team in orderto reduce system integration related product risks as efficiently aspossible and take the responsibility for all system integration activities
Take responsibility for the daily progress of theintegration work on the prototypes and the related issue tracking andfollow up
Keep the integration contents and strategy aligned withall stakeholders (Programmanagement, Development teams, Manufacturing, Customer Support, Logistics)



Education

MSc in mechatronic, electrical, chemical engineering, physics, IC manufacturing, or process technology related fields.

Experience

Proven 5+ years of experience in project management of complex high tech systems in amulti-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment.
Proven 5+ years of experience in development, integration, testing and realization of high tech products for volume manufacturing.
Experience in planning and barrier resolution in a dynamic development environment
Knowledge of System Integration methodology, (recovery) sequences, metrology and measurement systems and/or complex system troubleshoot and diagnosis is a plus.
