Job Mission

The CS NPI PL moves fast and efficiently from the initial creation of a new product all the way through to final product delivery representing the customer support in a cross sectoral product team. The CS NPI PL follows the PGP process delivering CS input and content for all Key decisions. The CS NPI PL supports the integration and industrialization of the NPI deliveries to enable the field service team to install, upgrade, maintain and repair newly introduced ASML machines at the customer facility.

Job Description

Are Responsible for HMI new product introduction deliveries to the field.
Provide CS single point of contacts for Product Team
Align with our field colleagues to embed customer requirements in the NPI design
Drive the customer service requirements to ensure the development of the NPI products are fit for purpose.
Ensure Health and Safety compliance of new product
Contribute to improving, verifying and validating service mix deliveries, sequences and procedures.
Define the necessary training courses, content and duration of training to upskill the existing field engineers.
Are responsible for making NPI decisions on system level that involve complex dependencies.
Provide weekly and monthly status updates highlighting progress, risks and potential delays.
Identify, initiate and implement NPI structural cost and efficiency improvements.
Work closely with sector interfaces in D&E,SCSM, Finance, IT, Manufacturing and the field customer support team.
Manage varied stakeholders by setting the necessary communication manners (meetings, guidelines, rules, reports etc.) to align deliveries, quality and minimize escalations
Adapt planning, costs and manpower to align with schedule and program changes.
Drive the alignment with different projects/products to guarantee shared learning and uniform WoW

Education

Master or Higher in ME/EE related areas.
