ASML is looking for a Project Lead to join our Supply Chain Management (SCM) team. The Project Lead will represent Supply Chain in a cross functional project team to manage the introduction, engineering changes and eventual phase out of products. ASML is a world leader in the manufacture of advanced technology systems for the semiconductor industry. ASML’s corporate headquarters is in Veldhoven, the Netherlands. Manufacturing sites and research and development facilities are located in Connecticut, California and the Netherlands. Technology development centers and training facilities are located in the United States, Japan, Korea, the Netherlands, and Taiwan. Additionally, ASML provides optimal service to its customers via over 50 sales and service organizations in 16 countries. This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.

Job Description

  • Provide a key interface with Manufacturing, Planning, Suppliers, and Procurement to align deliverables with overall project goals throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage complex SCM projects from planning through execution while balancing timing, costs, quality, and risks.
  • Secure the critical path of complex parts and assemblies in accordance with project goals.
  • Coordinate activities with a team of SCM Project Coordinators, providing guidance on overall project schedule and deliverables.
  • Report to business leaders on a wide range of supply chain issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement with supply chain analytics, reporting and metrics to enable data driven decisions.


BSc/MSc degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.


  • A minimum of 5 years demonstrated operation-based experience within supply chain or project management is required.
  • Experience in new product introduction in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Experience in planning and logistics processes in a high-tech, low-volume environment is a plus.
  • Affinity with a technical environment is required.
  • Good business judgement and ability to organize and manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
  • Action oriented, self-starter who can drive strategy and be hands on as situations deem appropriate.
